Anuj and Ritu finally make it to Mumbai to live out their pehla live-in! But the universe, and mummy ji, had other plans. While Anuj juggles auditions and odd hours, his mom’s mostly home, wondering where he is. Just when things couldn’t get messier, Ritu’s apartment ceiling collapse. With no hotel money and no way she's calling her parents, she turns to Anuj for help.

With mummy ji still around, things at the flat start getting cramped for our favourite couple. Ritu begins house hunting, accompanied by Anuj’s Mom. Meanwhile, Anuj, desperate to send his mom back to Bhopal, ropes in his crew for a dramatic fake emergency call. The Gutar Gu gang goes on a trekking trip. Amid breathtaking views and playful moments, Anuj and Ritu’s contrasting attitudes about the future emerge.
