Host Virender Sehwag makes his reality debut as fifteen contenders from television, politics, and digital media enter the Tower. The grand premiere kicks off with an audience valuation twist, dividing the contestants into luxury Penthouse Rulers and hard-labor Basement Workers. As the initial hierarchy is established, the Workers prepare for their first shifts to build the collective prize pot, while early tensions and tactical alliances immediately surface.

Following the grand premiere where contestants were initially segregated into Rulers (residing in the luxury Penthouse) and Workers/Hustlers (stuck in the gruelling conditions of the Basement), Episode 2 centers on the first major power shift and survival challenge.

The game of power heats up in Episode 3 of Rise and Fall, as the Rulers throw down a difficult challenge for the Workers. With the Prize Pot at stake, the pressure has never been higher. The rules are simple but the outcome could change everything: if the Workers succeed, they get to add money to the growing Prize Pot. But if they fail, not only do they lose their chance to earn, they also risk their hard-earned amount being snatched away by the Rulers.

Tensions escalate between the Penthouse and the Basement. A disagreement between Gautam and Priyanka turns personal, altering their dynamic amidst high-stakes decisions.
