Too Much

Reeling from a breakup, New Yorker Jessica seizes the chance to move to London — which isn't quite the fairy tale she was hoping for.

Jessica gets swept off her feet and out of the hospital. As she shares the story with her new colleagues, she starts to question her own instincts.

Jessica goes looking for warning signs in her romance. Until the couple go for dinner at her boss's house, and her own red flags start to wave.

All of Jessica's old insecurities rise to the surface when she meets Felix's friends and revisits the collapse of her relationship back in New York.

After an argument with his flatmate, Felix decides it's time to move out. Jessica goes on an awkward work trip with a formidably difficult director.

Felix goes to visit his family in the suburbs, not telling Jessica about their change in circumstances or the difficult childhood that still haunts him.

The pair attends the wedding of one of Felix's oldest friends. It's the England Jessica was hoping to find — but not the one she wanted.

With tension hanging in the air, both Felix and Jessica slide back into bad habits, and she makes a fatal error just before leaving for the shoot.

Felix takes charge when Astrid suffers a dire medical emergency. Jessica finally meets with someone she's been hoping to speak to for a very long time.
